Terms of service

This agreement is a contract between you and IPmart regarding the relevant matters. Please read these terms carefully. After you click Agree and continue, this agreement becomes a legally binding document for both parties.

Article 1 — User registration

1. User registration means signing in to IPmart, providing the required information, and confirming that you agree to this service agreement.
2. Users of IPmart must be natural persons with full civil capacity.
3. Products are non-refundable once sold.

Article 2 — Account, password, and security

1. Once registration succeeds, you become a lawful user of this website. You must keep your username and password secure. You are solely responsible for all activity under your username. If you discover unauthorized use of your account or any security vulnerability, notify this website immediately.
2. You fully understand that once the product has started providing service and you have completed payment, refunds or changes will not be offered.

2.1 You understand and agree that IPmart will provide services based on information you provide or that is collected, and will analyze and process such information accordingly.

2.2 You are responsible for the integrity and confidentiality of data stored on the IPmart platform and of information you enter or manage. Any loss arising from inadequate maintenance or confidentiality on your part is solely your responsibility.

2.3 Any loss caused by your negligence, misuse, or operations you authorize IPmart to perform is solely your responsibility.

2.4 IPmart will publish maintenance and upgrade notices from time to time. Any fault or data loss caused by ignoring those notices or forcing operations is solely your responsibility.

2.5 You must ensure that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations. IPmart only provides standard services as instructed by you and is not responsible for the legality or compliance of your use.

Article 3 — Legal obligations of users

Although all resources on this site cannot be used in the Chinese mainland network environment and are limited to use outside the Chinese mainland, because the company’s registered entity is in Hong Kong, China, this agreement is formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. Users agree to strictly observe the following obligations (in the list below, “the State” means the People’s Republic of China):

1. Do not disseminate or publish information that incites resistance to or sabotage of the Constitution, laws, or administrative regulations; that incites subversion of state power or overthrow of the socialist system; that incites secession or undermines national unity; or that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermines ethnic unity.
2. Do not use this website for money laundering, theft of trade secrets, theft of personal information, or other illegal or criminal activity.
3. Do not interfere with the normal operation of this website, or intrude into this website or state computer information systems.
4. Do not disseminate or publish any illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or uncivilized materials.
5. Do not disseminate or publish information or speech that harms national or public interests or involves national security.
